A True Masterpiece!! I believe this is one of the French impressionist masters, could be a major find. Excellent Condition. I believe this may have been framed under glass for many years.  The nails are rusted and the canvas appears to have never been take off of the stretcher bars. Total Size  15 1/8" x 18 1/8" It was bought out of an estate in Maine from a dealer a few years back, I have tried to do a little research, but no luck as of yet? Maybe placing it on Ebay to a worldwide audience will help identify the artist.  It has many similarities in colors with Signac, especially in the sailboats and the water!! There may be a clue somewhere on the painting to who it is??
