He died in a hang gliding accident in 1992, and I miss him very much. There was a song from an Austrian artist called Wilfried, and the song is called Icarus.... So I listened to the song (yeah, I tears came down like a sprinkler in the summer!), it took me a while to paint it, because I had to take a lot of "blow my nose" breaks. Anyway, this is special to me and therefore I used etheric lemon oil as a flow medium, so this painting hits more than just one sense! After I had it framed, I drove it home in my car and my whole car smelled like a fruit cake, it was great! Place a Bid!
