An original batik painting on cloth, created by Pat Rutledge, a Pacific Northwest artist, framed in 1992. It is slightly vintage, previously owned. On the back of the painting is a note from the artist describing the process of batik that was used to create this adorable picture.The frame measures 22 x 18. The opening in the double mat, or the image you see, is 15-1/2 x 11-1/2.In very nice condition. A few dings or light scratches here and there on the frame. The dust cover on the back is loose around the edges in a few places. There is one tiny spot on the bottom of the mat that looks like it was scraped, or there was some paint on it, or both.
