It is a beautiful picture of a blue bird in a magnolia tree. I believe it to be painted on silk as you can see texture if you look really close. It is signed but I can't read it as it is in Asian characters. It is framed with a seafoam green large mat border measuring 4-1/2 inches.  It is framed in a wooden white frame. The framed picture is large measuring 27-1/4 x 25-3/4.  It has glass and has a hanger on the back. It has a few scuffs here and there but is just beautiful!   Insurance is required on this breakable, fragile or expensive item.   I am listing many more items, so please check out my other auctions.
